If you want us to setup a domain email account you must be able to create and manage your own email account within the email software/client you use on your PC. We will send you the settings but we can not help you any further than this. Setting up a domain email account sometimes requires special settings for SMTP provided by your ISP. Some ISPs do not allow 3rd party SMTP. It is up to you to find out if your ISP does and what secure settings they require.
Domain Name: (ie. www.yourname.com) - $17.50/1 year or FIRST YEAR FREE with purchase of Professional Development package! We can help you set up and register your domain name and even host it for you! (Hosting fees are extra-see above.)
The Old Drawin' Board is not a domain registrar, we use a 3rd party service. If we register a domain for you, it will be in your name and you will own it. *Please see our TOS page concerning Domain registration and liability/terms.
Shopping Cart - rates vary depending on what type of cart you need to sell your products. Please contact me. Basic Setup is included with Professional Business Package (see above). We reccommend the free cart: www.mals-e.com. If you want to maintain your own product catalog or website there are 2 services which cost an additional monthly fee.. we use www.ecwid.com if you only want to maintain your products. For complete maintenance of your website we can help you setup a www.shopify.com account.
CD copy/backup of your website - $15
Simple Text changes, changes in prices or shipping charges: Free
Extensive rearranging and/or text changes will cost extra.
Additional photos of your products and descriptions: $4 each/$5 if it includes shopping cart coding.
Note: We will create additional pages on your site to fit these additional photos if necessary.
Additional pages for other topics, such a separate wholesale or ordering information page, your favorite recipes, personal information page: $5-20 each depending on the content.
Rearranging of site or changing of graphics, any major changes: Extra Charge (based on time involved)
Any other services: $30.00/hour or custom quote.

Important Notes: If you decide to hire us to help you with your website, all information we request, including text, photos, information must be sent via email as attachments in the format of Word DOC, PDF file for text and JPG/GIF/BMP for images. If you use a MAC we can not guarantee that the files you send us will be compatible or valid. You are responsible for creating these files and attaching them to email to send to us.
It is not necessary to have a personal meeting or phone call, all information can be sent and questions answered via email. If you require a personal meeting or a phone call to discuss your website we charge $30/hour (this will include travel time for meetings) You must still email us the above items when we request them, We will not accept paper/physical copies that will need to be scanned or retyped.
ALL Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is to cover our expenses/time spent in the case that:
1. You change your mind
2. You cannot give us what we need to complete your website.
3. You fail to communicate with us at any time.
Your site will be completed in a MINIMUM of 2 weeks from the time we have all information and items we have requested from you, including completed graphics whether we design them or someone else does.
Your deposit will be applied to the final invoice once your site is complete and you have approved it. Once the final invoice has been paid we will open your site for business.
We use mals-e.com free secure shopping cart. If you require a more sophisticated shopping cart we can setup americart.com (this cart has a monthly fee) You are required to have your own merchant account with a card terminal to process credit cards. We can not help you with that.
